When you make payments through our payment gateway, you authorize us to process your payment and charge the selected payment method for the amount specified.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any payment transaction for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient funds, invalid payment information, or suspected fraud.

Transaction Confirmation

Upon successful completion of a payment transaction, you will receive a confirmation email or receipt containing details of the transaction.

It is your responsibility to review the transaction details and contact us promptly if you believe there is an error or unauthorized transaction.

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for payments made through the payment gateway provided by Rising Sparks Foundation ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the payment gateway, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you may not use the payment gateway.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in certain circumstances, as outlined below:

Overpayment: If you have made an overpayment or duplicate payment, you may request a refund of the excess amount.

Payment Error: If there was an error in processing your payment, resulting in an incorrect amount being charged or an unauthorized transaction, you may be eligible for a refund.

Service Cancellation: If the educational institution fee payment for which you made a payment through the payment gateway is cancelled or refunded by Rising Sparks Foundation, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid.

Other Circumstances: We may consider other refund requests on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at risingsparksfoundation@yahoo.com and provide details of the transaction, including the transaction ID and the reason for the refund request.Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the original transaction date.

We will review your refund request and notify you of the outcome within a reasonable time frame.If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Refund Denial

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following circumstances: 
Failure to meet eligibility criteria outlined in this Policy. 
Refund requests submitted after the specified time frame.
 Refund requests based on reasons not covered by this Policy. Refund requests deemed fraudulent or abusive. Our decision regarding refund eligibility is final and binding.
